No drops in the bucket

Normally, this time of month is extremely busy in my line of work. Many times I won’t make a post at the end of the month due to time constraints and because I don’t even get a chance to breathe.

Today, I’m making a post.

I’ve been in this line of the real estate business for fifteen years. I have never, ever seen the market as slow and sluggish as it is. If things continue the way they are now, not only will my world be turned upside down, it will have strong repercussions within the rest of the economy.

  1. Oh Brad, that’s why you need to go out and make people want to sell their homes. Are they near a toxic wast dump? Sexual predator? Former member of Menudo? There are all sorts of hidden fears that homeowners have, and you my friend are just talented enough to capitalize on that :)

    OK, I’m teasing. I really just wanted to stop by and say hi :)

  2. I do not understand, Brad. This is the greatest economy EVER! It certainly is so because I hear it in every royal edict by the Great Decider. Whom should I believe? Dear Leader or you?

    Unfortunately as the repercussions affect the “rest of the economy”, that will include each of our “economies”.

    …and the bill for the last six years has not even come due yet.

  4. I agree with Spider, don’t bite your nails. A person’s hands is one of the first things I look at when I check someone out–and of course their smile (they have to have good dental hygiene).
    Maybe because it’s winter–no body wants to go and look at homes in the snow.
